摘要： 智能化系统已成为医院建设必配的系统，由于医院智能化系统设计与施工标准还不完善，医院智能化系统建设时存在盲目性，造成医院智能化系统的存在多种缺陷。我们通过对现有医院智能化系统的调查分析，了解不同等级医院智能化系统的配置情况，用以指导医院智能化系统的建设，以适应医院当前和今后智能化系统的使用要求。 关键词：智能化需求;调查;分析 Hospital intelligent system’s investigation and analysis The First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University, LUO yao-dong NSITBAY HI-TECH PARK CO.,LTD TAN chun-gen Abstract: The intelligent system has become the system which the hospital construction must match, because the hospital in intelligent system design and the construction standard are imperfect, when hospital intelligent system construction has blindness, creates hospital intelligent system’s existence many kinds of flaws. We through to the existing hospital intelligent system’s diagnosis, understood that the different rank hospital intelligent system’s disposition situation, with instructs the hospital intelligent system’s construction, will adapt the hospital current and the next intelligent system’s operation requirements. key words: Intelligent demand; Investigation; Analysis 1、概述 随着科学技术的不断发展，医院智能化建设越来越受到人们的重视，从而使医院智能化系统成为医院建设必须配置的系统。上世纪90 年代，我省陆续建成配备智能化系统的医院，但根据我们调查资料，已建成医院的智能化系统正常运行率并不高，真正达到智能化建筑的医院为数不多，造成投资浪费。造成大量医院智能化系统不能正常运行的原因是多方面的，有些是设计上的原因，有些是施工单位的原因，也有些是系统集成商的原因【1】。为避免智能建筑这种不正常现象继续存在，我们认为有必要对已建成的不同等级医院智能化系统进行调查、分析，提出适应我国国情医院智能化系统建设的基本要求。 2、医院智能化的需求 医院是为病人服务的场所，医院作为一个专业性很强的行业与其他行业相比具有非常显著的特点，智能化系统的建设应紧紧围绕医院自身的特点及使用对象、服务功能、医疗要求进行综合分析，确定医院智能化系统的建设。 医院是一个完全开放的场所，医院内的人员密集,身份复杂,流动性大，因此医院的人、财、物的安全就成为医院管理者所必须解决的问题，必须通过采用安全技术防范等智能化技术手段对人员进行合理有效的管理来保证医院安全有序高效的运行。 医院内信息密集,流通复杂，实时性高。医院内的信息包括医用管理信息、医学影像、临床信息和办公自动化信息等。因此必须建设良好的智能化网络系统来形成优化合理的信息传输通道和管理体系。 3、医院智能化的调查 医院智能化系
